Walking Home
Patricia Colletti, Apr 13, 2006

Walking down a long and narrow road, for how long do I walk

I walk and walk not knowing how far or for how long

I am just walking

I started my walk hoping to find freedom
But found none

Walking is all I can do, that makes me feel free

As I walk, I dream about the better life,
The life that Im not used to
The life that is positive

But I keep on walking, just walking.

While I walk I learn, learn a lot of new things,
And I get wiser than before.

Im just walking
